Refunds

Email hello@playgamesday.com and we'll cancel your ticket, or give it to a friend if you send us their preferred name and country.

Chipping in €10 to €50 is an optional gift towards the food and running of the day. Because contributions are gifts, they aren't refunded once made.

If you paid twice, chipped in more than you meant to, or didn't mean to chip in at all, email hello@playgamesday.com within 14 days and we'll refund you in full, the same way you paid (to your card, or back through Revolut). It usually takes 5 to 10 working days to appear.

If we cancel Games Day, we refund every contribution in full. If we move it to another date and you can't come, you can have your contribution back too.
